Two night minimum.  Monthly rental includes weekly cleaning service.

50% security deposit or credit card number is required to confirm 
all reservatios.  Deposits will be refunded in reservations are:  
cancelled 30 days or more prior to date of arrival.  Cancellations 
or changes made 29 to 14 days prior to date of arrival will result 
in loss of deposit.  All cancellations or changes made less than 14 
days prior to date of arrival will be charged for the entire 
reservation if we are unable to re-book.
