THE FRENCH CHATEAU SUITE - The Chateau Suite is on the third floor of 
the unuiqe stone building and was the first unit completed of the 
three levels of rentals. It's third floor balcony has a beautiful 
view overlooking the Spring River and rapids. The entrance in the 
back is from an easy almost level short ramp. This suite has all new 
furnishings. There are two bedrooms, one with a half bath, with new 
queen size pillow top mattresses. There is a tiled and marble walled 
room with crystal chandelier, wall sconce and a two person jacuzzi 
tub. There is a seperate shower and a seperate sink and toilet area. 
The comfortable living area has a large couch, electric fireplace and 
TV w/Dish and a dvd/vhs player; dining area with glass top table and 
iron chairs and an antique hutch. Adjacent is the efficiency kitchen 
with new cupboards, counter, micro/convection oven combo,double 
burners compact frig. and more. You will love the view through the 
French doors opening out onto the balcony with its own small table 
and chairs. Definatly a special place for that special get-a-way! 

The Chateau is steps from the Spring River.you can float on the River
swim,canoe,kayak,or fish for a variety of fish. There is a 
beach with picnic grounds,ball field and boat ramp. You can rent a 
canoe, go hiking or barbque.Explore the woods and watch for deer or 
just enjoy a quiet walk.You can hear the sound of the river and look 
at the stars from your private balcony. The Riverview Compound has 
finished a fire-pit area and will soon add a second one. 

The Compound is less than a mile from old town Hardy, AR. There are 
many antique malls and shops, restaurants, and specialty shops. There 
are canoe, and tube rentals for floating the river. Very good fishing 
within a few steps of the Chateau. A park with a walking and bike 
path,lakes, out door theater, dinner theater, local music hall. There 
is a show house nearby and horse back riding rentals.. In the summer 
there are many activities some of which include:  arts and crafts, 
gun and knife, car and antique shows and flea markets. Ice cream 
socials, boat parades and Hardy Homesteader's Day.

There is a 2 night minimum Memorial day to Labor Day with 3 night
minimum on Holidays.$150 per night up to 4 people. Six nights @
$900.the seventh night is free. A one time $25.00 cleaning fee plus
applicable taxes.
A deposit equal to one nights stay will be charged to a major credit
card at time of reservation.72 hours cancellation is required to
receive a refund of deposit less $25.00 cancellation fee.If
cancellation is less than 72hrs deposit will be forfeited.
