We own two units in this Resort.  Admiral's Row is ocean view and we 
have a Tennis Villa which is lagoon view.  The Tennis Villa is 
slightly smaller and has a single balcony and is a little cheaper in 
rent.  Both units are very close to beach & both were update and 
completed end of 2007.  Let us know which unit you are interested in.

Our Admiral's Row unit is located in the B building of the Admirals 
Row section of the Resort.  This unit is conveniently located on the 
first floor with a handicap ramp for easy access into the building 
and unit.  This building has an elevator and laundry facility is 
located within the building.  There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.  
The Master Bedroom is beautifully decorated with Savannah style 
furnishings, a king bed, private bath and color TV set.  The second 
bedroom has 2 twin beds and color TV set.  The sofa bed pulls out to 
a Queen bed and there is an additional TV and a VCR in this room.  
The large dinning area off the full kitchen seats 6 comfortably.  
This unit has a double balcony which overlooks the Admirals Row 
Olympic Pool and also has an ocean view.  You are merely steps away 
from the beach entrance.  This unit has been tastefully decorated in 
tropical motiff, is comfortable and kid friendly.

WE TOTALLY UPDATED THIS UNIT AND COMPLETED IT AT END OF 2007.
The unit is ready for your arrival and we have many extras in the 
unit for your use such as free use of beach chairs, umbrella, sand 
toys, boogie boards, hair dryers, iron & ironing board and fully 
equiped kitchen with all new appliances and built in microwave unit.

The entire resort is ocean front and  is gated with a security booth 
at its entrance to insure your privacy. A convenience store, brochure 
rack, bar and pool table area & resturannt is located in the main 
lobby building for your convenience. Off-site supermarkets are less 
than 1/4 mile away for larger shopping trips.

The Resort has 10 lighted tennis courts, 2 Olympic Pools, Kids 
prgrams in Summer months, Bicycle rentals, Basketball court, 
shuffleboard, exercise room, kids video arcade room, Bar & Grill on 
the beach, bar & grill in the main lobby, Private beach entrance, 
entertainment on weekends, 2 resturants on premisis, laundry 
facilites throughout the resort,  Additonal information on the Resort 
and other activites can be obtained upon arrival at the main desk.  

As we are private owners we will supply you with a gate pass and 
information on obtaining the key for your stay.

Either of our beautiful two bedroom, two bath, villa/condo at Hilton 
Head Beach and Tennis Resort will be the perfect get-away vacation 
for anyone who loves the beach, is looking for the best golf courses 
in the USA and loves to play tennis, bike ride or sightsee.

Our resort offers you an olympic sized pool located directly on the 
beach with a kiddie pool area, and another olympic sized pool located 
in the Admirals Row section of the Resort. 

The children may also take part in the resort's summer programs 
designed to keep them happy and occupied throughout your vacation, or 
they may have fun fishing, renting a bicycle on the premises, or 
playing at the "Children’s Playground Area". 

The adults will have the option of cooling off at the pool or beach, 
and having lunch at the resorts bar and grill located at the pool. If 
you love tennis, you may play on one of ten available lighted courts, 
or if you love to golf there are numerous golf courses available for 
your favorite tee-time. 

Restaurants and wonderful shopping malls are located throughout the 
Island for your enjoyment.

All weekly rates include cleaning fee.  One time $75 cleaning fee for 
stays less than one week. 

Unit is clean when you arrive and has all linens, soaps and towels 
supplied.  Unit is again cleaned when you leave.  This is free if you 
book for one week or more.
