area with runs of salmon, cutthroat, dolly varden, and steelhead.

around the Channel Islands in front of the house or into the mouth 
of Ward Creek to view the local seals.

NON-HOLIDAY RATES
May through September - $250/night plus tax
October through April - $179/night plus tax
All rates are for up to 3 people.
Additional guest or bed-use add $25 per night per person.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS
A deposit of 50% of the total reservation is required at the time 
the reservation is made and guarantees no rate increase. 
Reservations made within the cancellation period require payment in 
full.

CANCELLATION PERIOD
Stays of less than 3 weeks require a 30-day notice of cancellation.
Stays of 3 weeks or more require a 60-day notice of cancellation.
A reservation change reducing the number of days is considered a 
cancellation. A refund will be issued minus a $45.00 or 3% service 
charge (whichever is greater) on cancellations made before the 
cancellation deadline. 
Please notify us immediately if you need to cancel. After the 
cancellation deadline NO REFUNDS will be given unless we can rebook 
the cancelled days.
