  Once you arrive you'll not want to leave!  Imagine relaxing in your
living room with a full view of the Pacific Ocean.  Actually, your
living room is really a Great Room: it includes the kitchen,
diningroom, game area, t.v. area, fireplace, and of course, the
magnificent ocean view.
  Huge deck for summer relaxing, where you can watch whales pass by,
fishing boats coming back to Yaquina Bay harbor to unload their catch,
or read your favorite novel.
  Downstairs is a master suite with king bed, t.v., sitting area with 
a sofa, and shower bathroom. 
  There are 5 bedrooms: 3 king size beds and 2 queen size beds and 3
bathrooms: 2 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
  The house has a large driveway that can park many cars.

WATER VIEW, WOOD FIREPLACE,CABLE T.V., DVD PLAYER, CD PLAYER, Electric
and Charcoal BBQ GRILLS, HAIR DRYER, WASHER/DRYER in separate laundry 
room, puzzles, games, small video library & a telescope for whale 
watching. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, 
silverware, blender, mixer, platters and bowls.

Minutes away from Newport and even closer to Yaquina Bay shops and
it's many restaurants.

Also, the beach is just minutes away too. You can drive down to the
parking area, and just walk down a few steps to be on the sand.  Then
you can wak for miles in either direction.  It's a flat sandy beach.
You can also walk from our driveway; it's a short walk of 3-4 minutes.

Local attractions include the Aquarium, Yaquina Bay Harbor, Bayfront

Historic District,Hatfield Marine Science Center, Oregon Coast History

Center, Ripley's Believe It Or Not, and Sea Lion Caves.

Special Rates From September 1 through January 2010. 

$300.00 weeknights and $350.00 weekends (Friday & Saturday).
**minimum stay is 2 nights

Special Special rate of $275.00 per night for 4 night minimum.

Our quoted rates are for up to 10 people.  Additional people are at
$25.00 per person per night. ($100.00 cleaning fee and 1%lodging tax).

Weekly & Monthly rates are available also.
