The Little Ponderosa is a great cabin style guest house
tastefully,decorated and comfortably equipped with a king size
bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a unique sleeping
loft.The wrap around deck includes a 4 person hot tub, large lap pool
( in season) and a covered porch. Both charcoal and gas grills are
provided. The cabin is beautifully decorated  with Native American
art. There is an extensive video library. ( Bring your cell phone) The
kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove with
oven,linens, silverware, and china. It is an ideal place to relax away
from the hustle and bustle of the city yet all the attractions are
only 5 miles away.

The beautiful Victorian city of Eureka Springs is only 5 miles away
with it's unique blend of art and entertainment from country music
shows to nationally famous entertainers such as Willie Nelson,BB King,
the Great Passion Play, and the nationally know Opera of the
Ozarks.Boating and fishing on crystal clear Beaver Lake,( famous for
Striper fishing and scuba diving as well as canoeing and kayaking).
the White River, Kings River, and Table Rock Lake.

Rates begin at $169.00 per night, double occupancy, with a charge of
$15.00 per additional person Pets are limited to small dogs with prior
permission. There is a $15.00 per day fee for approved pets with a
minimum charge of $30.00. Pets must be kept in a portable kennel and
never left alone. The idea is to make you, your pet, and the property
safe and comfortable.MUST HAVE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS.Rates will be higher
on holiday and special event weeks. There is a two day minimum stay
with 3 day minimum on holidays and special events.
