maintained home is located north of Route 6A, on a corner lot, and
just a short drive to Mayflower, Bayview and Chapin Beaches on Cape
Cod Bay. Enjoy the 1152 sq’ of living space, including the remodeled

washer/dryer will save you from spending time at a Laundromat. Relax
on the deck after taking an outdoor shower to wash off the beach
sand. There are two window A/C units in case we have some unusually
warm weather.
This is a great area to walk and bike around. Enjoy the small town
atmosphere which includes restaurants, a market and the oldest live
performance playhouse in the country. Dennis golf courses are near
and you will also want to enjoy the beautiful Nantucket Sound
beaches located just across the Cape in West Dennis and Dennis Port.
