NON_HOLIDAY WINTER RATES through April 14, 2009
    $260.00 Sunday through Thursday Nights
    $350.00 Friday and Saturday Nights
WINTER HOLIDAYS 
    $475 per night (CHRISTMAS and NEW YEARS)
    $400 per night (Other Holidays) 
SPRING - April 15, 2009 through June 30, 2009 
    $140 per night 
SUMMER - July 1, 2009 through August 31, 2009 
    $180 per night 


 

CLEANING FEE A cleaning fee of $80.00 will be collected from guest 
for each visit of 7 days or less.  Additional services are available 
on request.  Additional fees apply. 
 
 
SALES TAX The City of Mammoth imposes a 13% Transient Occupancy Tax 
which will be collected from guest in addition to all other rates 
and fees.
 
 
RESERVATION DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total 
rental amount or $200.00 whichever is more, is required in order to 
confirm a reservation. 

Full payment of the rental balance due is required at least 30 days 
prior to the check-in date.
No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.
Reservations are not held until payment is received.
 
 
SECURITY DEPOSIT The security deposit is 50% of the total rental 
amount or  $250.00 whichever is less.  You can pay it or you can pre-
authorize your credit card.  In either case, the security deposit 
must be arranged for at least 30 days prior to the scheduled check-
in date.  If you pay the security deposit in advance, your security 
deposit -  less any charges incurred - will be refunded within 14-
days of checkout.  If you pre-authorize your credit card, your 
credit card will not be charged unless there is a balance due upon 
your departure.  
 
 
PAYMENTS For your convenience, payment can be made by credit card or 
check.  Checks can be faxed to the number listed above.  Credit card
payments can be made via a link in an e-mail we'll send you once we
know the dates of your visit.
