Price quoted above does not include applicable 5% tax.  Rates  are 
based on availability and are subject to change.

Credit card information is required to hold your reservation.  We 
require 48 hours notice to cancel or partially cancel (decrease number 
of nights stay) your reservation, or your card will be charged for 1 
full night.  In the event of a no-show, we will charge your card for 1 
night’s rental at full price.  If you neglect to return your condo 
key, we will charge your card to cover the cost of lock and key 
replacement.  

We have a no pets policy, as well as a no smoking and no open flames 
policy.  

For weekly or long term renters, mid-week cleaning of condominium 
units is available upon request, for an additional charge.
