Located on 9 acres overlooking meadows, river and wooded valley, 
with wild-flowers, birds and wildlife - a haven for nature lovers! 
The apartment has two double bedrooms, there is a fully equipped, 
modern kitchen and full bathroom. 

Livingroom has dining area, fireplace, sofa-bed and patio doors to 
garden.

We recently installed a 24' swimming pool for our guests to enjoy 
during the hot summer months and a 8-person Jacuzzi hot-tub for our 
visitors to enjoy year-round. 

We have a river where you can fish - we supply the fishing rods & 
tackle, we also have some small, farm animals here - our baby pygmy 
goats are adorable!

Sleeps 6 people - we offer a fully furnished guest house with two 
bedrooms. 

Bedroom one - has queen size bed, TV & DVD player and doors out to 
the patio; bedroom two has twin beds and room for a third bed if 
needed, TV & VCR, there is also a travel-cot available; the living 
room has a fireplace, dining area, lounge area, sofa-bed and doors to 
patio. 

Fully equipped modern kitchen and full bathroom, patio with gas 
barbeque, table and chairs. A cot, crib, highchair and play-pen are 
available upon request, at no charge. There is a TV with satellite 
system, a selection of board games and selection of books for those 
quiet evenings in front of the fireplace!

* Spring the climate in this area is mild. 
* Summers can be hot and with very little rain. 
* Autumn is usually warm and sunny with cool evenings. If you are 
planning an Autumn holiday in Canada, this area enjoys some of the 
most beautiful Fall colours that you will ever see!
* Winters in this part of Canada are crisp and cold with lots of 
snow for winter outdoor activities.
 
The holiday home is rented from 4pm Saturday to 11am Saturday. 
All bed-linen, towels and beach towels are provided. 

Close to the sandy beaches on the north shore of Lake Erie and just 
15 minutes south of highway 401, the Sunnybrook Holiday Home is 
ideally suited for a family holiday.
