expansive ocean, sunset, and mountain views. Beautifully landscaped,

our special Hale Malia fills your needs, you will always leave with a
lingering feeling that it was your "Quiet Refuge with a Precious View"
on the Big Island of Hawaii.
An Olympic size swimming pool and tennis courts are available across
the street at no cost. A discounted 18 hole golf fee of $60 (including

Trent Jones, Jr.
Just minutes away is the beautiful Hapuna Beach State Park (Highway

beautiful Hawaiian Beach by a prominent travel magazine. It is this
island's longest white sand beach.
Anaeho'omalu Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, Spencer Beach, and the Waikoloa
Beach are also just minutes away. Enjoy snorkeling along coral reefs,

Hale Malia is located in Waikoloa Village. At an elevation of 900 feet
overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Waikoloa Village enjoys a tropical
climate moderated by cooling breezes and low humidity. Average
rainfall is 6-8 inches per year. The day-night temperatures of 85 to
65 degrees make Waikoloa Village close to an ideal climate.
The Waikoloa Village Shopping Center is a pleasant five minute stroll
along the beautiful golf course or a quick one minute drive from Hale
Malia. There you'll find a modern food market with bakery and deli,

variety of unusual and interesting shops. At Waimea, you can see the
home of Parker Ranch, one of the largest privately owned ranches in
the United States.

ocean side cliffs and valleys of Pololu and Waipio are easy drives
