This charming 3-bedroom, 1-bath cottage has an open floor plan with a 
beautiful breakfast bar separating the kitchen from the main living 
area. The cottage has just recently been completely renovated. 
Outside gas grill also available. Great water views from inside the 
cottage. There is a canoe, kayak, row boat and life vests available 
for your use. Our renters also are allowed use of the association 
beach and playground located a short 1/4 mile away. The cottage 
property has a nice slope into the water which is good for swimming 
and launching the boats. For larger groups, please ask about our 4-
bedroom, 2-bath waterfront house located next door. Properties can be 
rented separately or in conjunction. The fall is also a beautiful 
time of year as the fall foliage is as good as anywhere in New 
England. Weekend or partial week stays available. Lenox, Williamstown 
and Northampton as well as other Berkshire Attractions are all an 
easy drive away.

Kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, coffee pot and is 
fully stocked with cookware and plates, cups, utensils, etc.

Gas grill is located on the patio right outside the cottage.  Nice 
outdoor picnic table also located on the patio.

The cottage does not have a washer or dryer.  There is a clothes line 
located outside.

We provide blankets and pillows.  We prefer renters to bring their 
own bed linens and beach & bath towels but can make special 
accommodations if that is a problem.

If you want some time away from the lake, the cottage is centrally 
located within the Berkshires.  It is an easy 30 minute drive to 
Tanglewood in Lenox, MA, and 25 minute ride to Jacob's Pillow in 
Becket, MA. 45 minute drive to both Williamstown, MA and Northampton, 
MA. Hiking and walking paths only a couple miles away. Plenty of golf 
courses in Berkshire County as well. Playgrounds nearby for kids. 

Fall & April-May: $600/wk (weekend & partial week stays also 
available)
1st 3 weeks of June: $650/wk
Last week of June: $700/wk
July & August: Weekly rentals only (Sat. - Sat.): $925/wk
