This beautiful waterfront home is located on Ashmere Lake in 
Hinsdale, Massachusetts. The house is a modern 4 bedroom, 2 bath home 
with full kitchen, beautifully remodeled bathrooms, open floor plan 
downstairs with hardwood floors and fireplace. It also has a 
beautiful new screened-in porch overlooking the lake. Boat docks and 
use of row boat, canoe, kayak, and life vests available with the 
rental of either the house or the cottage located next door. Gas 
grill conveniently situated for outdoor cooking. The house property 
also has a campfire pit located in the backyard. Properties located 
in quiet lakeside community, great for family walks and lake 
activities.  For larger groups, the 4-bedroom, 2-bath house and 3-
bedroom, 1-bath cottage may be rented together.

Fully stocked kitchen includes fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, 
microwave, coffe pot, cookware and plenty of glasses, plates and 
utensils.

There is a washer & dryer located in the basement.

We provide blankets and pillows.  Our renters bring their own bed 
linens and beach and bath towels.  Special accommodations can be made 
if that poses a problem.  Please ask.

An easy 30 minute drive to Tanglewood in Lenox, MA, and 25 minute 
ride to Jacob's Pillow in Becket, MA. 45 minute drive to both 
Williamstown, MA and Northampton, MA. Hiking and walking paths only a 
couple miles away. Plenty of golf courses in Berkshire County as 
well. Playgrounds nearby for kids. 

Hinsdale is located approximately 30 minutes from Jiminy Peak and 
Brodie Mountain ski resorts. It is very quiet in the winter months 
and the frozen lake is convenient for long walks and x-country 
skiing. Discounted lift tickets to Jiminy Peak may be available to 
2007/2008 winter renters. The Fall is also a beautiful time of year 
as the fall foliage is as good as anywhere in New England. Small dogs 
may be acceptable with owner's permission. 

Off-season: $1,000/wk; we sometimes offer further discounts for some 
time periods so please ask.  We also offer weekend or partial week 
rentals in the off-season.  Please ask about rates for specific 
periods.

For summer 2008:

1st 3 weeks of June: $1,200/wk
Last week of June: $1,400/wk
July 4th Week: $2,000
Other July & 1st 3 weeks in August: $1,850/wk
Last week of August: $1,800/wk
