El Sueno Marfa is a historic victorian adobe home located downtown next
door to the Paisano hotel and is available for vacation or event rental.
There are two buildings on the property : The Main House which is 4200
sq ft with huge kitchen, dining and living room as well as a library and
butlers pantry and full laundry. A great place for families & friends to
stay or to host your next family function. Ideal for reunions, weddings,
showers or business meetings. The Casita consists of one bedroom and
sitting room with full bath and screened in porch. You may rent either
one or the entire property. Big yard and surrounded by a privacy wall. A
great place to stay.

Rates |
|
The main house rents from $350 per night and the casita from $150 per
night or the entire property for a total rate from $475. Both have a two
night minimum. For longer rentals discounts are avilable please call for
details. Event rates vary so call to discuss your needs.
We require full payment when reservation is booked. We take Mastercard,
Visa or American Express or you can overnight a check to us but we must
receive it shortly after booking. Cancellation is a 60 day notice for
full refund minus a $50 processing fee.
