The studio is located on a hill overlooking Linda Mar beach in the
exclusive Pedro Point district of Pacifica, and has amazing views of
the ocean, hills and surrounding trees.

The house is on its own level with a fenced in yard, which means that
it is extremely private, with no neighbors on the same level, or that
can see in to the property. It has a brand new hot tub (with its own
stereo) and a fenced in yard with artificial turf. The studio is fully
furnished with a queen bed and pull out couch, along with an enormous
TV with tivo, cable (HBO included) and some recorded movies. The new
double paned windows and doors make it extremely quiet (in an already
quiet community).

The property is pet friendly, although we ask that you clean up after
your pet, but because it's within walking distance (2 blocks) to the
beach, it makes it a dog's paradise. The studio has its own entrance
and parking is not an issue in the area.
