services start when you book your villa - to help with travel 
arrangements - provisioning your villa in advance of your arrival - 
airport pick-up - arranging for a rental car - mid week maid service 
(or more often for a fee) - scheduling massages, bonefish guides, 
snorkeling or diving excursions, deep sea fishing, restaurant 
reservations (or a local chef to come to your villa and prepare a 
Bahamian dinner!) whatever you need to make your trip a truely 
relaxing, stress free vacation.

Weekly Rental Rates 2008-2009
December 1 2008 - April 30 2009  $4500 per week(maximum occupancy 8)

 Before December 1,2008 and after May 1, 2009
$3500 per week (maximum occupancy 8) 

- Rental period is Saturday to Saturday. Extra nights and short 
stays on short notice only (Min. 4 nights) inquire about rates. 
Check in time after 4pm, check-out time before 10am.

- security deposit = to 15% or $800 (whichever is greater) - a 50% 
deposit (or minimum one weeks rental rate - whichever is greater) is 
required within 7 days of booking. - Balance plus 
security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Within 30 
days of departure, the balance of security less any damages or phone 
charges will be returned to you.

- Cancellations - due to our remote location once a reservation is 
booked, you are responsible for the rental period. Should you need 
to cancel for any reason, please call us as soon as possible as we 
will make every effort to rebook the rental period. If we are 
successful in rebooking the space, your deposit will be returned 
less a 15% cancellation fee We highly recommend purchasing travel
