Olmsted-designed parkway, lined with Victorian homes. Come "home" to
your quiet apartment surrounded by lovely gardens.

Rent is based on length of stay and number of persons (single or a
couple is most comfortable but, there is a sofa-bed for the occasional
guest). Per-night is comparable to B&B or nicer hotels but — with more
space and privacy. There is a $300 minimum. Inquire for long-term rental.

Full bath/shower, pedestal sink, tasteful modern/Victorian.
Sitting room has Queen-size sofa bed, oak sideboard and pocket door
between it and the Living Room.

Convenient to Downtown and Elmwood Village, steps to D'Youville
College campus and Kleinhans Music Hall. Easy access to/from Peace
Bridge and I-190. Lovely, historic neighborhood and Olmsted/Vaux Parkway.

Per-night rates are based on overall length of stay in weekly
increments. The "weekly" rate listed is AVERAGE (a 1-week stay is
higher, 2 or 3 week stays are considerably lower per week). At 4
weeks, it's $1400/month.

Rates listed are single-occupancy but, the apartment can sleep up to 3
adults (Queen size bed and Queen size sofa bed) there is a 10%
upcharge per person more than 1.  Please inquire for the per-night
rate specific to your needs.
 
A deposit is required to reserve your stay. The deposit is 50% of the
first month's rent or, 50% of a shorter-stay's rent; it is NOT
refundable in the event of cancellation by tenant/s. Upon arrival, the
deposit will be retained as security against damages and, the first
month's rent (or entire rent for a shorter stay) will be due. Not more
than 10 days after the end of your stay, you will be reimbursed the
initial deposit (security) less any itemized deductions for damages.
