The property itself consists of a large ground floor living room with
an LCD TV (satellite), X-Box/ DVD player and Hi-Fi unit. A spiral
staircase leads up to the upper floor where there are 2 bedrooms,
shower room/wc, a fully equipped working kitchen and a covered
verandah overlooking the courtyard and valley where one can have
breakfast to a background of birdsong and the babbling of the stream.

Prices include gas, electricity, bedlinnen and towels.
A welcome pack of assorted groceries will be supplied upon arrival.
No smoking within the accomodation.
Guide dogs welcome but no pets please.

There are numerous small market towns in the area worth exploring such
as Figueiró dos Vinhos, Lousã, Pedrógão Grande and Castanheira de Pera
where is located one of Portugal's best fluvial beaches with it's own
wave machine.

Located in a wooded valley, there is ample scope for outdoor
activities such as orienteering, painting, bird watching and angling -
a trout stream runs alongside the property and within a 25 min car
ride one can fish for black bass and carp at the Barragem de Cabril.
Alternatively, just take it easy and enjoy the warm sunshine and fresh
air.

All prices quoted are based on up to 4 people sharing, prices are not
per person.
