Castanheira de Pera. The cottage sits in 1,200 sqm of terraced land,
on the edge of the village, the garden is not overlooked by any other
houses.
The property has 2 large double bedrooms upstairs both with double
beds, 4 draw chests, beside tables and double wardrobe. On the
ground floor there is a spacious fully equiped kitchen, including a
washing machine and microwave. A large open plan lounge/diner with
satelite tv, dvd and portable cd player, dining table and 4 chairs
with a doorway leading to the patio and bbq. The ground floor
bathroom is situated off of the lounge and has a shower, toilet and
handbasin.

has a mini mercado, cafe bar, post office and popular trout
farm/restuarant.

restuarants, cafe bars and open air swimming pool with a wave machine
(Praia das Rochas).

possibilities for walking, rambling, cycling and fishing. There are

villages.
