The SKYLINE HOUSE is an excellent arrangement for relatives, 
families, or friends traveling together as there are only 2 vacation 
rentals (Skyline South and Skyline North) in this large duplex home.  
The guest suites are separated by two 1 car garages, so privacy is 
guaranteed!  

Skyline SOUTH is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath (1 car garage) vacation rental 
that sleeps 4-6 persons.

Skyline South is decorated in a moose and Alaska Wildlife motif has a 
large kitchen with a wrap around counter bar, sliding patio doors off 
the kitchen to an outside patio deck equipped with a BBQ.  Livingroom 
(with Hide-a-bed queen couch) has a natural FIREPLACE, extensive 
library of field guides, FLAT screen HIGH DEFINITION TV/VCR/DVD 
(movies included), and a high efficiency washer/dryer in the 1 car 
garage.  

And of course end the day with a good night's sleep...2 Sealy 
Posturpedic LOG twin beds, 1 queen size luxury LOG bed, and quality 
100% cotton linens are provided. 

If you are in need of a second vacation rental, Skyline NORTH is a 2 
bedroom, 1 bath (1 car garage) vacation rental  
that sleeps 4-6 persons, and is located next to Skyline SOUTH.  

Skyline North is decorated in a Fishing and Alaska Wildlife motif has 
a large kitchen with a wrap around counter bar, sliding patio doors 
off the kitchen to an outside patio deck equipped with a BBQ.  

Livingroom (with Hide-a-bed queen couch) has a natural FIREPLACE, 
extensive library of field guides, FLAT screen TV/VCR/DVD (movies 
included), and a washer/dryer in the BONUS 1 car garage.  And of 
course end the day with a good night's sleep...2 comfy twin beds, 1 
queen size luxury bed, and quality linens are provided. 

Alaska's Skyline Accommodations is committed to supporting ecological

We use allergy free and biodegradable cleaning products for the 
health of our guests, and we are involved in recycling efforts, waste 
reduction, and energy conservation  in our community on a year round 
basis.  
 
We offer guided bird watching tours on select weekends throughout the 
spring and summer.

Our rates depend on the time of year and number of people in your 
group.  All 2 Bedroom rates below are for double occupancy (2 
people).   

Each additional person above the first two is $15.00/day.  Weekly 
discount applies to any 7 consecutive days.  Monthly discounts also 
available upon request.  Daily maid service is not included, but is 
available at additional cost. 

2009 Rates (double occupancy)
May 1 - 14:               99.00/ day or $599.00/ week
May 15 - June 14:        129.00/ day or $799.00/ week 
June 15 - August 4:      179.00/ day or $1099.00/ week
August 5 - September 31: 129.00/ day or $799.00/ week
October 1 - April 31:     99.00/ day or $599.00/ week

RESERVATIONS:  From June 15 - August 15, there is a 3 day minimum.  
We can try to fill spaces for 3 days or less.  Call as soon as 
possible as we are usually full by mid-June.  

DEPOSITS:  50% deposit required at the time of reservation to hold 
and confirm a furnished 2 bedroom apartment suite.  Balance of 
payment due 30 days before arrival.  All units must be paid in full 
30 days prior to arrival. You will receive a computer confirmation 
with map and receipt with your reservation.  Prices above are for 
payment for cash, check or money order.  Charge Cards (Visa and MC) 
are accepted and are subject to 3% processing fee.  We also accept 
payment via Paypal.

We love to travel (usually myself and one other adult), and am always 
interested in either a simultaneous or nonsimultaneous exchange for 
Hawaii, Arizona, or San Diego, CA.  Best time for my travels is late 
fall and winter.  I would stay in your home in the winter months, and 
you could stay in a one of the nicely furnished vacation rentals in 
the summer.
