Located on Wilson Pond in North Swanzy, NH (right outside of Keene) 
the cottage has recently been completely renovated from basement to 
roof. 

On Wilson Pond, sail boats, kayaks, canoes and small power boats are 
welcome. In the winter the Pond is well known for its great ice 
fishing, skating and more. There is a small sunny beach on the pond. 
Our cottage has its own dock in a little peninsula for great privacy. 
Skiing is nearby at Crotched Mth (40 minutes away) or Granite Gorge 
(20 minutes away). Very convenient access to the quaint downtown of 
Keene where college life meets great boutique shopping and 
restaurants. There is always something to do - whether it’s hanging 
out by the pond or going into town.

Two Bedroom with sofa bed for additional guests. Sleeps 8 
comfortably. 1 1/2 baths. Pellet Stove as well as furnace. All the 
amenities of home with the great views and use of Wilson Pond. Great 
for all seasons. Skiing is nearby and downtown Keene offer fabulous 
boutique shopping and great restaurants. Always something to do at 
the Pond or a close drive nearby.

$1000 - $1400 per week. Saturday to Saturday rental. Check in is 3pm. 
Check out is 11am. During the winter months 3 day weekend rates are 
$500 if there is availability.
