beach*, Monkswell Park Cottage has newley refurbished accommodation
with three bed rooms. It is self contained, spacious, and fully
equiped to a modern high standard with fully fitted kitchen, gas

Please note: - The walk down to the beach is very steep. It can be
strenuouse and may be dangerous to unaccompanied children.

Monkswell Park Cottage groun floor benefits from a fully fitted
kitchen complete with electic cooker and gas hob, kettle, toaster,
dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, ironing facilities. The living
room has digital TV/DVD player, sterio radio/CD and sea views with
french door leading to a private court yard complete with garden
furniture. The dining room has a parquet floor and again has a french
door leading to the court yard. There is also hallway with a payphone
leading to a cloakroom and utility with a washing machine.
The first floor has a master double bed room complete with an ensuite
shower room, a second twin bedded room with sea views, a twin bunk
bedded room, and a family bathroom

Monkswell Park is in an extremely quiet, rural, and picturesque
clifftop location, but is only one and a half miles from Torquy town
centre and harbour, and approximatly twenty miles from the historic
city of Exeter.
There are excellent local shops and restaurants, the nearest sandy
beach is less than half a mile away, and the South West Coastal Path
runs past the entrance to the property. The nearest railway station
is in Torquay although Newton Abbot is only seven miles away. The
nearest airport is Exeter

Low Season (October 1st to May 31st)
£175.00 non-returnable deposit secures the required week and is
payable upon booking. An aditional £70.00 per person per week is
charged and is payable 30 days prior to occupation.
High Season (June 1st to September 30th)
£245.00 non-returnable deposit secures the required week and is
payable upon booking. An additional £105.00 per person per week is
charged and is payable 30 day prior to occupation.
Bookings are made Saturday to Saturday, and the property will be
available by around 15.00 hours. Depart please by 11.00 hours.
No pets, smoking, or hen and stag parties please.
