Watermouth Cove Cottages, North Devon coast. Picturesque cottages 
beside the secluded grounds of Watermouth Castle, 200 yards from the 
harbour. Originally the coach house and stables of Watermouth 
Castle, the eight cottages are situated around a sheltered, sunny 
courtyard and a beautiful garden. The majority have a log fire for 
those cosy, romantic evenings, and a four-poster bed. Go for long 
coastal or moorland walks, and enjoy a meal in our local pub. Within 
a couple of miles are the resorts of Ilfracombe and Combe Martin, 
with a range of restaurants and pubs. All cottages are fully 
equipped for self-catering, including dishwasher. 
Eg 
Seadrift Cottage:- Detached two bedroom ground floor cottage with 
large arched doors leading out onto the garden and own patio and 
barbecue. Originally part of the stables, it has beamed ceilings and 
exposed brickwork - rustic and romantic! 
Four poster bedroom and one small bunk bedded room. Bathroom with 
shower over, WC. Lounge area with new sofa suite, log fire, colour 
TV/DVD. Dining area with new fitted kitchen [2006], cooker, 
dishwasher, microwave. Basket of logs provided on arrival.

Four poster bedroom and some cottages have twin bedrooms and some 
have bunk bedded rooms. 
Most cottages have Bath with shower over, . 
Lounge area with sofa suite, log fires, colour TV/DVD. 
Dining area with new fitted kitchen [2006], cooker, dishwasher, 
microwave.
Some cottages have their own patio and bbq area.
Hot tub in the communal garden.
Laundry room with washing machines and dryer machine.

Watermouth Cove is 200 yards from the cottages

Watermouth cove is within the parish of Berrynarbor, a delightful 
village about 2 miles from the property, which has won "Best Kept
Village in Devon" on a number of occasions. Ye Old Globe pub has pub 
food, and is under the same ownership as the Sawmill Family Pub, 
which is the pub  closest to our cottages.

The coastal town of Ilfracombe is about 4 miles away, offering more 
extensive supermarket shopping plus cinema, theatre, & leisure
facilities.
The commercial centre for North Devon, Barnstaple, is about 8 miles 
to the south offering a full range of amenities
including a choice of supermarkets, cinema, theatre, North Devon 
Regional Hospital, North Devon College and regional Tennis Centre.

There are many sporting facilities in the area including 5 golf 
courses within 8 miles including Ilfracombe, Barnstaple and Saunton.
The property is located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and 
is surrounded by unspoilt countryside.

The rugged North Devon coastline, much of it owned and managed by 
the National Trust, lies just over 2 miles away at Combe Martin and 
provides wonderful opportunities for long distance walking along the 
South West Coast Path and both walking + cycling on the Tarka Trail.
Inland from the property lie the open spaces of the Exmoor National 
Park, with its many beauty spots and opportunities for walking and 
riding, which is extremely popular with visitors all year round.
About 9 miles to the west lies the coastal resort of Woolacombe and, 
further south Putsborough, Lee (near Ilfracome),Croyde and Saunton 
Sands, all renowned for their beaches and excellent surfing.
The property is easily accessible to many popular tourist 
attractions including :-
