Newly constructed (2007)beautifully finished custom duplex home 
designed with views in mind.  Green built with Universal design 
(ramp entry, lower light switches, wider doors, etc) this is a 
luxury vacation home for the responsible dog owner.  Being traveling 
dog owners ourselves, we felt a need for a nice place to go with 
your dog.  

Fully equipped kitchen with Maple cabinetry, granite countertops, 
stainless steel appliances and a lovely bayed diningroom for sunset 
views.  A very relaxing place for those who want to sit high above 
the beach and watch the storms, the birds and just stare at the 
Ocean. 

Dog Friendly with runners for our doggy guests on the hardwood 
floors.  A dog washing station, extra bowls, doggy towels are some 
of the extras we thought of.

The home is with clean and comfortable in floor hydronic heating.  
The master bath has double sinks, corner Jacuzzi jetted tub and warm 
tile floors.  

The living area features Flat Screen TV, satellite connection and 
surround sound.  If you must bring your laptop we have wireless 
internet access for your use.  Binoculars, Telescope and DVD library 
are also available.

Washer and dryer, linens and built-in hair dryers.  Kitchen features 
stainless range/oven, overhead microwave, counter toaster convection 
oven, wok, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator.  

Centrally located on the coast to many great day drives.  Located 
just 20 minutes North of Ocean Shores where there is golf, a movie 
theatre, shopping, and restaurants.  We are also about 80 minutes 
south of Kalaloch and Ruby beach and wonderful photographers haven.  
Also within distance to visit the Olympic National Forest - hot 
springs and rain forest.  Close to fishing, 5 minute walk to the 
beach with your dog, bird watch and lots of Nature.  There are a few 
eclectic restaurants within 1 mile or enjoy our fully equipped 
kitchen and eat from one of the best views on the coast.

 Rates vary by season and are subject to change.  

Peak season is $295 per night(double occupancy) with a 3 night 
minimum stay.  Holidays are $295 per night with a 3 night minimum 
stay.

Off season ranges from $195 to $250 per night depending on length of 
stay or specials offered.

There is a one time cleaning fee of $100 and a fully refundable 
damage deposit ($500)for groups over 4 and doggy guests,
$15 each additional guest up to 8
$25 per dog per night (over 15 pounds)
15% Discount for groups when everyone is over age 50+.

We would certainly consider a home exchange for Argentina, Uruguay, 
New Zealand or Hualtulco, Mexico.
