Seashore Dreams consists of two complete three bedroom, two bath 
homes (separate kitchens, living rooms, dining room, and bathrooms) 
connected together by a shared triple insulated common wall. The 
homes may be rented individually or in combination for up to 12 
adults.

The custom built duplex is a private home situated high on the bluff 
overlooking Sunset Beach in historic Moclips, WA.   Built green and 
with universal design (ramp entry, lower light switches, roll-in 
shower)- SSD I has been a favorite of the 50+ crowd and SSD II a 
favorite for responsible dog people.

This twin home is located just 2 miles north of Pacific Beach, 
Washington State.  Moclips is the last town on State Route 109 and is 
a place to calm, the nerves, rest and relax.  If you you are wanting 
the best views on the North Washington Coast, this is it.  It's a 5 
minute walk to the beach below and from there it is miles and miles 
of sand and sea.

Seashore Dreams I is for people with no dogs or dogs under 10 pounds 
and want just a nice clean place to stay with views from every room.  
The custom hand made spiral staircase winds upstairs to the 3rd 
bedroom and affords some of the best views on the coast.  The master 
suite has a view from bed and a slider door access to the back 
patio.  The master suite has double sinks, jacuzzi jetted corner 
tub, lots of tile and warm floors.  Heating is hydronic in floor 
which is clean and comfortable.   The dining room is bayed and is a 
lovely setting for a meal.  The kitchen has highend white glass 
cabinetry, stainless appliances and granite counters.  The living 
area has a 42 inch plasma tv, satellite connection and surround 
sound.  A real woodstove fireplace with wood is also provided for 
those stormy nights.

This is a quiet place with beach access and views.  Perfect for the 
bird watcher, beachcomber, explorer of the Olympic Peninsula.  Only 
20 minutes from Ocean Shores (where all the activities are), 25 
minutes from Aberdeen, 30 minutes from Quinalt and 80 minutes from 
Kalaloch.  Visit the rainforest, Forks, or go fishing.   This 
vacation home is designed to just relax and get away from daily life.

Rates vary by season.  Peak season is currently $295 for the first 2 
guests (per night) with a 3 night minimum.  Holidays are the same.
Winter there are packages and lower rates for storm watchers.  They 
range from $195-$250 a night.  Discounts available for weekly or 
monthly rental.

$100 one time cleaning fee per unit and a $500 refundable damage 
deposit required for more than 4 guests or guests with pets
