This Venice condo is light and spacious with vaulted ceilings. It is 
carpeted and tiled throughout with custom window treatments. All 
rooms are air conditioned. There is plenty of seating for both 
dining and relaxation. With a sleeper sofa in the great room, the 
condo sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. The great room has a 27-
inch TV with DVD player. This condo is cared for by a local 
management company who will be available throughout your stay.

Venice offers opportunities for swimming, surfing, fishing, and 
boating in addition to relaxing on the beach or visiting the quaint 
downtown shopping area. 

Rates vary from $2,700 to $3,250 depending on season. Rates are 
subject to 11% tax and $500 security deposit. The $500 
security/reservation deposit is required at the time of booking. 25% 
of the rent is due 120 days prior to the arrival date. The balance of 
the rental is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. Check-In Time is 
at 12 PM. Check Out is by 10 AM on your departure date, please. 
Security Deposits are refunded 60 days after departure less any long 
distance phone charges.
