On the Big Thompson River off the highway. Just around the corner 
east from Sleepy Hollow Park, 6 miles east of Estes Park on Highway 
34. One of the few rental cabins in the area that is on the river but 
not right on the highway.

Queen-size bed and a comfy double futon. Non-smoking.

The bathroom has a large shower, the living room has satellite TV, 
landline phone, and a Franklin stove fireplace. The full-size kitchen 
includes a refrigerator with freezer, four burner electric range with 
oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, basic spices, 
cookware, and tableware. The yard includes a charcoal grill, lounge 
chairs, and picnic table. There is a propane heater in the great room 
and an oil heater in the bathroom in case the weather gets chilly.

refrigerator, landline telephone, Dish Network television, charcoal 
grill, picnic table, washer and dryer, fireplace.

Bed and kitchen linens and towels, tablecloths, soap, shampoo, lawn 
furniture.

Sits by itself in a large yard, plenty of room for your kids to play 
without worrying about traffic or neighbors. Just a few feet from the 
river bank, but far enough so the kids won't fall in.

This is the place you drive by and wish you were staying here. We sit 
along the Big Thompson River but not right on the highway like most 
rentals around here are. World-class fly fishing in the area, and on 
property with separate reservation. 20 minutes to Rocky Mountain 
National Park for hiking, Estes Park. 30 minutes to Loveland factory 
outlets for shopping. Surrounded by Roosevelt National Forest for local 
hikes.

$90 a night, $595 per week. 3.7% Sales Tax

Fishing on the property costs extra - $45 per day per person, and you 
need to reserve ahead of time plus get a current Colorado fishing 
license at a sporting goods store or Wal-Mart. There is plenty of 
nearby public fishing.

If you've never been here before and it is a busy time, we might ask 
you for 50% deposit to hold your reservation. You can make this 
through Pay Pal. But most of the time as long as you really mean to 
show up, we waive the deposit. 

 
All rentals are charged the applicable State and Local sales taxes
(5.7%).

Housekeeping services are not provided during your stay. Cleaning 
supplies are provided for your convenience. 

Some people think this is a plus, others a minus: there is no cell 
phone signal here in our river canyon. There is a landline phone and 
you can use a phone card for long distance.

People always wonder why our rates are so much lower than others in 
the area. Our goal is to provide an affordable get-away for families, 
especially in today's challenging economy, and sharing this wonderful 
location with you is our hobby, not our career. Simple as that.
