internet installed - both wireless and ethernet cable. Located just 
2 houses from the beach and two blocks from easy beach access.

enjoyable - including four large televisions with cable channels, 
high-speed (broadband) internet access (wireless), an X-Box video 
console, dozens of movie titles (almost every animated Disney movie 
for the kids), a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub, a full laundry room, and 
complete gameroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything from a 
waffle iron to a full-sized electric griddle for pancakes. The 
breakfast bar and adjoining dining area make it easy to serve up 
quick meals or to gather around for a sit-down dinner. The home also 
has a big and safe play area in the rear, with garage full of kids

One night rent deposit required to secure reservation. The balance 
is then due at least 30 days in advance of arrival date. $300 
refundable security deposit also required. 

Other Fees: $95 cleaning
