In this price it is included the cleaning services, change of bed
linen, towels and all Greek taxes.

Once the booking reservation is confirmed then a 30% of the total
amount is required in order to secure the booking reservation. 

The owing balance is payable 7 days prior to your arrival.

We do accept payment by credit card or by bank transfer whatever is
most convenient for the guest.

Cancellation policy - A full refund of the deposit will be applicable
if the villa is rented out for the same period to another guest.  If
not, then the client's deposit will be valid for any other future
booking at this particular villa.
