Located on the beautiful Sonoma-Mendocino coast, SeaWatch provides
comfort, relaxation and retreat. Enjoy it for family vacations, or a
romantic get-a-way for two.

Sea Watch is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse located in Gualala.
It is furnished in a marine-nautical theme. This home sleeps up to 6
people, children and some pets are welcome.

The rental includes all linens. Most rooms and decks enjoy spectacular
broad views of the ocean as it meets the sandy beach at Gualala Point
Park. Open a window and listen to the surf!

The living room is very inviting, with a vaulted ceiling, gas
fireplace, and lots of seating. The dining area shares the same great
setting. Sea Watch also offers a washer and dryer, and a single-car
attached garage.

The two bedrooms are downstairs. The master suite has a queen bed, and
a lovely Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom plus ocean views. The second
bedroom has two twin beds and bathroom with a stall shower. Both rooms
open onto a filtered ocean view balcony.

The upstairs great room has a gas fireplace, an entertainment
system/DVD w/27" TV w/ satellite DirecTV, and lots of seating. 

The dining room seats 7 w/ counter stools and there is a full cook's
kitchen w/both microwave and convection oven. Also a dishwasher, ice
maker, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle and blender plus condiments,
coffee and tea. 

Dial up internet is available. Gas barbecue. Assorted DVD's and CD's.  

To top it off, a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome you.     

Stroll to the nearby Cypress Village and explore what it has to offer:
A variety of gift shops, art galleries and bookstore; Cafe LaLa
(espresso drinks, etc.); Cypress Bar & Grill (full menu plus bar); a
massage center; and Physical Gym which allows drop-in use for a small
fee. Indulge yourself at famous gourmet restaurants such as Pangaea,
and St Orres or sunset dining at Top of the Cliff. or Meza Grill &
Bones Roadhouse barbecue. The charming town of Gualala is also easy to
walk to and has just about everything one could want plus a short hike
on the Gualala Bluff Trail! The famous Gualala Art Center is nearby.

Beaches and seaside hiking are 1-5 miles  drive away.  Delightful
Annapolis Winery is about 25 minutes away in the hills.  Kayaks are
available for rent to enjoy the Gualala River and estuary.

Rent $155 off-peak to $160 peak with a 2 day minimum.  $930 to $960 a
week (7 days for price of 6).  A $50 cleaning fee is added for 2-3
nights plus a 10% Mendocino
County tax.  A refundable $250 security deposit reserves your stay. 
This is refunded within 15 days if the place is left as intact as you
found it with only reasonable cleaning needed.
