We are an English couple who after many years of holidays in Corfu 
decided to buy a holiday Villa and let , we feel we can offer what 
you need from a holiday , from an active to a quiet holiday we have 
managed to incorporate both choices , we feel this is possible due 
to the location we chose for Villa Veronika , The sea views from the 
property are truly delightful and tranquility is assured , Also 
those interested in the local flora and fauna rambling or painting 
fishing and diving type holidays or just pure relaxation will 
benefit from this beautiful area , Ideal Honeymoon location as many 
people now choose to get Married on Corfu . 

It is situated approximately five minutes from the traditional 
fishing village of Kassiopi (walk) and only two minutes from the 
harbour of Imerolia. This would make an ideal rental for anyone 
owning a yacht, as mooring is extremely close, ideal family let .
The Imerolia taverna ,on the beach 2 min's walk away from the villa 
is an ideal place for children to play on the beach whilst parents 
have evenings on the large tabled terrace overlooking the beach and 
it's safe blue shallow water, 
The Taverna Offers a great menu including Greek specialties and 
locally caught fish dishes , Spiro the owner speaks very good 
English and by far one of the best fish menus around .recommended. 

If you have ever visited Kassiopi before you will know what a 
wonderful village it is. It offers a variety of traditional 
restaurants serving the very best of Greek cuisine, plus Mexican, 
Chinese and Italian restaurants Dons bar with English TV and great 
food and Petrino's restaurant recommended ,
There are several fantastic bars, all offering something a little 
different, as well as traditional Greek dancing bars. 
Should you wish to explore the island at your leisure, Try hiring a 
car from 
Stefinos at the Kassiopi travel or see places not possible by car, 
then you can hire one of the local speed boats at very good prices 
and spend the day cruising around the beautiful coastline ,This 
Villa is also perfect for people who have difficulty with mobility .
 

Villa Veronika is situated 200 mtrs (2 min walk) from the beach and 
your local Taverna "The Imerolia Taverna" on the beach , and just 5 
min walk from Kassiopi square .

The Villa comprises of a large living /dinning room with large 
balconies and great views of imerolia harbour and out to sea ,There 
is a large front door accessed from a well presented drive ,also 
from the living room you have a rear door from which you can access 
another large terrace great for outdoor dinning from the large well 
equipped kitchen which has spectacular views up the mountains and 
hillsides ,there is one bedroom down stairs again with balconies and 
great sea views and a guest shower room/toilet , the Villa benefits 
from Air Condition .

Up a very wide and well presented beige marble staircase with hand 
made wrought iron hand rails to a landing with access door to the 
large side balconies equipped with four sun lounges for that tan 
with a view ,also from the landing the master bathroom with shower 
and extra large bath and sink units ,and the master bedroom equipped 
with large hand made wrought iron double bed and fitted wardrobes 
and the large balconies with perfect sea view .

The Villa has two drive ways ,one to the front door and the second a 
car port entrance and leads to the rear door

Discover Kassiopi - Beaches, coves, headlands and water sports 

Most of the beaches are pebbly, small and hidden away in stunning 
secluded spots. There are two larger beaches further north - 
Kalamionas and Imerolia - these have various water sports on offer. 

It’s easy to reach every Kassiopi beach, all of which are clean and 
safe. You will find EU blue flags here and at nearby Kalamionas 
beach. Children in Kassiopi will enjoy the flat main beach which is 
safely away from traffic. 

Other Kassiopi beaches and secluded coves with fewer facilities are 
found around the beautiful headland. Most Kassiopi beaches are 
pebbly but there are plenty of them and they can be charmingly small 
and secluded, but it’s easy to walk to other longer beaches and bays 
like Avlaki, Imerolia and Kalamionas .
For the older children and adults alike explore the magical rocky 
coastline overlooked by the highest mountain on the island Mount 
Pandorkrator , this makes a great backdrop for fishing or just try 
out the snorkelling in the crystal-blue waters.

There are water sports like water skiing and paragliding, as well as 
a diving center, tennis courts and water parks (ten min's by bus) if 
your holidays in Kassiopi gets too sedate!
