Detached villa in the quiet village of Pantokratoras, located along 
a quiet country road with panoramic views of the mountains. It is an 
ideal base as it is just 1.5 km from the busy resort of Laganas with 
its beautiful sandy beaches and the quieter resorts of Agios Sostis 
and Porto Koukla. Please note for your own personal safety, there is 
a no smoking policy inside the villa. Smoking is permitted outside 
the villa on the veranda. To welcome you we have provided you with 
a 'Welcome Pack' which includes all the essentials you may need for 
your first day. Colin and Trish would like to welcome you Blue 
Mountain villa and wish you an enjoyable stay in our holiday home.

Blue Mountain villa is furnished to a high standards and provides 
you with trannquility and privacy to kick off your shoes and relax 
away from the stresses of life.

A car is not essential but recommended and the roads in Zante are 
very good.  Blue Mountain villa is located centrally, so the coast 
and nearest town is no more than 10 miles away.

Master Bedroom: double bed, fitted wardrobes and private veranda.
Bedroom 2: double sofa bed, fitted wardrobes and private veranda.
Extra sleeping capacity in lounge/diner (double sofa bed). 
Bathrooms: 1 Bathroom with bath/shower; shower curtain, wc and 
washbasin and towels provided. 
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, washing 
machine, microwave, cutlery, crockery, glasses, saucepans, coffee 
maker, cooking utensils, tea towels. 
Utility Room: Mop, bucket, 2 x sweeping brushes, dustpan & brush, 
cloths, dustbin, dustbin liners, washing powder, comfort. 
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with seating capacity for 6 people. 
Double sofa bed (ar conditioning)
Outside space: There is outdoor furniture provided: table and 4 
chairs.
Cleaning/towels: Towels and linen are included and will be changed 
on a weekly basis. 
 

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 10 minute drive away at Koulka and is sandy and 
includes a taverna so you can enjoy the local greek food and wine.

Special interest holidays
There are beautiful walks/cycle facilitites available nearby.
A Jeep Safari for the the more adventurous.
Scuba diving.
Sailing and Windsurfing.
Secluded sandy beaches.
Boat trips to the Blue Caves.
Travel from Zante over to Athens on the car/people ferry from Zante 
Port.

Travel
The nearest Airport is based at Laganas which is 10 minutes away 
from the Villa, where you can pick up a taxi. Car/bike hire is not 
essential but recommended.

Distances
The village Pantokratoras is 2 mins walk from the villa and includes 
local bakery, post office, general store and small cafe.

Further details
The local traditional greek taverna is Dennis Taverna and is 10 
minutes walk (uphill) from the villa, if you like you can walk up 
there and Dennis the owner will take you home free of charge.

26 June - 30 August 2006 £400 - £600 pw for the villa £100 extra for

8 September - 15 October 2006 £350 - £400 pw for the villa £80 extra 
for 6 people 

November 2006 - April 2007 £300 - £350 pw for the villa £80 extra for 
6 people 

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
20% discount for long winter lets.
£100 per week refundable deposit paid on bookings for 
breakages/damages.
10% discount for last minute bookings.
