Eden’s Little Garden condos are located on Francisca Rodriguez,
between Aguacate and Insurgentes, on the south side of Puerto
Vallarta, Mexico. We have three brand new condos available presently.
Unit # 2 is 1,600 square feet, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, LR, DR,
kitchen, balcony - Sleeps up to 6 people - available July 9 to Aug. 
16, and Aug. 24 to October 31st, 2008.
Unit # 3 is 2,000 sq. ft. on two floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, LR,
DR, den, kitchen, two balconies, sleeps up to 10. Available only 
until July 15th, 2008. 
Unit #1 is presently occupied, but still available from August 15th,
 to October 15th, 2008. This one is also 1,600 sq. ft. but with
access to private rooftop terrace (same size). It has 2 bedrooms,
1-1/2 baths, LR, DR, kitchen and 24-ft balcony the most incredible 
view.

Prices range between $50 and $150. US per night, $420. - $1,050. US
per week, and $1,000. to $1,750. US per month, depending on the 
dates, number of occupants, and the length of stay. Photos available

This 3-condo building was completed in December 2006. It is located 
in the Colonia Alta Vista on the south side of PV, two blocks south 
of Basilio Badillo.
All the units are fully furnished (including pillow-top mattresses on
the beds, linens and dishes) and feature cable TV, high-speed WiFi
internet, fully-stocked kitchen, purified water, washer and dryer
(shared), ceiling fans throughout, off-street parking, video 
security, etc. etc. Each balcony has a table for four, Units 1 and 2 
have a fabulous view of the town and the bay. Everyone is welcome, 
straight or gay, with or without kids, with or without pets, smokers 
or not.

We are within 2 to 10 minutes from: THE beach, restaurants, taxi
stands and bus stops, galleries, movie theaters, shops, and downtown!
