Comfortable large bedroom with its own separate entrance.  It has 
an attached bathroom with good sized shower and a private enclosed 
deck.  We are in a quiet residential neighborhood with on-street 
parking easily found in front of the walkway leading to the 
entrance.  We are about 300 yards from the cliff overlooking the 
Pacific Ocean with the Channel Islands off in the distance.  A 
stairway leading to a beautiful beach is just 4 short blocks away.  
Many restaurants, 2 supermarkets, and a variety of shops are a short 
walk away.

The room has a queen-sized bed, a half-size refrigerator with 
freezer, microwave/convection oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric 
frying pan, and a George Foreman Grill.  Plates, cups, glasses, 
silverware, pots and pans are all there to be used, if staying at 
home and cooking is your desire.  You can dine on the enclosed deck 
or move the table into the room if the weather doesn't cooperate.  A 
color TV and WiFi internet service are part of the room's features.  
Leave your bicycles on the enclosed deck when you're not out 
exploring the miles of bikepaths along Santa Barbara's gorgeous 
waterfront.

We are about 2 1/2 miles from the center of downtown Santa Barbara 
in one direction and about the same distance from historic Stearns 
Wharf and the harbor in another direction.  Santa Barbara is truly a 
playground with all the activites the nearby mountains and ocean 
have to offer.  Enjoy SB's many world-class restaurants, visit the 
museums and Botanical Gardens, play golf on several challenging 
courses, or visit the Wine Country and beautiful Solvang for a taste 
of Denmark.  Books have been written about the many things to do here.

Our rate is $75 per night for Sun - Thurs nights.  Friday and 
Saturday nights are $90 each.  The room will be clean when you 
arrive, but daily maid service is not part of our offer.  Extra 
bedding and towels are in the closet and a laundromat is less than 
1/2 mile away. Beginning June 1 until September 30 the rate is $90 
per night for Sunday - Thursday nights and $100 per night for Friday 
and Saturday nights. There is a 12% City Bed Tax which is on top of 
these rates.
