Kodiak Timber Lodge is a 3 bdrm plus loft "Canadian style" log post
and beam chalet located at the top of the cul de sac on Sunburst
Place in Sunburst Estates. Walk out the door in the morning and the
connector run will take you to the main lifts. At the end of the day,
ski to your door via the easy connector run or blast down
intermediate runs like Blazer or Cruiser. Enjoy the large outdoor hot
tub and watch the skiers swish by. Kodiak Timber Lodge has three
bedrooms plus an open loft. This accommodation boasts massive fir
logs, floor to ceiling river rock fireplace and panoramic views. The
Kodiak is sure to rejuvenate the spirit and provides a casual elegant
atmosphere for families and groups.
The fully equiped kitchen has a jennaire, bar sink, icemaker,d/w
and top of the line pots and pans. Gourmet cooking is no
problem,barbeque on the deck. Breakfast seating takes in views of
Blazer Run and the connector.
The vaulted ceilings and authentic river rock floor to ceiling
fireplace. There are three eating areas to take in different
vantages and panoramic views of the mountain. The open concept
provides plenty of room for groups and families.
The main floor master bedroom has log furniture and a luxurious
ensuite with lady slipper tub, double sinks and shower. The loft
area has a bathroom, two bedrooms with a queen and set of bunks in
each, plus there is an open loft area with a double futon and TV.
On the ground floor there is a laundry room and garage with a
waxing bench, plus additional outdoor parking.
*An adjoining two bedroom suite may be available upon request,the
suite sleeps an
additional 5 people. A barbeque is provided on the outside south
facing deck and FREE wireless internet is available.
