Rentals available on a short term basis, Weekly, Monthly or
Seasonally, depending on availability.

Rates range from $100 per night to $1,300 per week depending on time
of year, number of occupants and length of stay. Summer rates vary
significantly depending on occupancy. Bargain stays often available.

All rentals subject to Charlotte County/State of Florida taxes of 5%
and 7% respectively. Damage deposit of $200.00 required.
