The newly built apartments (four 1-room-apartments, two 2-room-
apartments all together, partly maisonette-style and equiped with 
aircondition/heating) are situated above the village in breezy 
height, offering both a unique view of hundred of olive trees and 
the Cretan mountains in the backyard as well as a breathtaking view 
towards the sea in the frontyard.  Mirtopolis is well suited for 
both, individuals as well as groups and best positioned to hold 
courses or seminars of all kinds; it can be rent by room units or in 
complete. 
A washing-mashine is availabe upon request; mountainbikes can be 
rent on a daily basis, an outdoor boule game (petange) and a 
barbecue as well as outdoor showers are at everybody's disposal. 
Mirtopolis is open during January to December.

Rates vary starting at EUR 52.-- to EUR 58.-- for the 1-room 
apartements (1 or 2 persons/night) and at EUR 60.-- and EUR 68.-- 
for the 2-room-apartements (2-5 persons). 
These prices include all extra-costs (except A/C) such as hot and 
cold water, taxes and electricity, bed sheets, bath and kitchen 
towels as well as inbetween and final cleanings. 
A/C is charged at a daily lump-sum of EUR 8.--. Specially reduced 
prices and attractive offers during off season and for long term 
rentals.
