Beautiful townhouse in very private subdivison.  Quiet.  On 11th 
farway of Buffalo Hill Golf COurse.  Looks out at pond, weeping 
willows and the golfers!  Two master bedrooms. Extra third bedroom.  
Loft, Living Room looks out at golf course. 3.5 bathrrooms works 
well for extra people.  Can use half of the 2 car garge.  Our 
storage in the other half.  Less than 30 minutes to Glacier National 
Park and 20 minutes to Whitefish Beach, Flathead Lake or many other 
Lakes.  For winter months--skiing in Whitefish on Big Mountain or in 
Lakeside at the up and coming ski resort.  Great restaurants in 
Kalispell, WHitefish, Somers, and Bigfork.  This townhouse is 
central to everything in the Flathead Valley.  Washer/Dryer and 
entirely furnished. Housekeeping on Sat night. Can come anytime on 
Sunday morning.  Check out is noon on Saturday.  

This is within a quiet development with HOA regulations.  If you 
would like to rent, I will explain the HOA rules.  They are not very 
restrictive, I just need you to know them to keep both of us out of 
trouble. 

This is a very nice townhouse.  Fully furnished and comfortble.  It 
can easily sleep six.  There is room in the loft for a couple more.  
The upstairs master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the golf 
course.  It is a large room and could accomodate a cot along with 
the master bed.  I could make arrangements if necessary. It is 
beautiful here all day, but the evengings on the patio are 
wonderful. There is a small propane BBQ on the patio.  The unit has 
hardwood and carpet.  Kitchen bar.  Plenty of room to entertain or 
spend time with family.

In the area: Glacier Park, Big Mountain, Whitefish Beach, Flathead 
Lake, Two ski resorts, rentals for boats, water skiing, para-
sailing. Can horseback ride, hike, fish, or hang out at many of the 
lakes in the area.  Great restaurants.  Stays light until 10 in the 
summer months. Snowshoeing or skiing out the back door onto the golf 
course in the winter.  You will never be bored in Kalispell.  

$250/night. Three night minimum. Check in 3pm. Check out noon. 
$1500 for a week.   There is no daily housekeeping.  If you would 
like housekeeping during the week, let me know and we can work 
something out. There is a house manager in town for 
concerns/issues.  
$5000. for the month.  Housekeeping every Saturday with fresh sheets 
and towels.  
Extra linens and paper supplies will be at the house.
