Our vacation rental home is a 1920's Kootenay National Park 2 storey
house that was moved from Radium Hot Springs and has had lots of
updates. The spacious interior is warm and charming, with original
character hardwood floors, and full height double-sided fireplace. 

The large, fenced yard has lots of trees that offers privacy for family
fun. Our vacation rental home is just a short walk to Kinsmen beach
and Invermere's unique shopping and dining.

Our vacation rental home has 4 bedrooms. There is a king-size bed in
the large master bedroom and a bunk-bed with plenty of room for a
playpen, 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, and one bedroom with a
double bed and a single bed. There is also a hide-a-bed in the family
room - for a maximum of 10 people. There are two full bathrooms.

The full-size, fully equipped kitchen has an island and cook-top.
There is a double-sided wood-burning fireplace that faces the kitchen
on one side, and the living room on the other side. There are views of
Mount Swansea from the livingroom and the second floor.

There is a large spacious deck with a patio table and chairs at the
front of the house, a smaller deck off the living room, and a
balcony/deck with chairs on the upper level. There is a fire-pit in
the backyard (firewood provided). All bedding, linens, towels and
pillows are provided. There is an on-site property manager (who lives
in a self-contained basement suite) who can assist with emergencies.

Our Kootenay Vacation Rental home is just a 10-minute walk to Kinsmen
beach on Lake Windermere. There you can enjoy the public beach, picnic
areas, a tot lot, concession stand,  tennis courts, ball field and
adjacent Pynelogs Cultural Centre and botanical gardens.

Just a short stroll in the other direction is Invermere's unique
shopping and dining.

Within a short drive there are many more things to do:

Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minutes. There are more than 15
golf courses nearby.

Ski Resorts : Panorama Mountain Village is 20 minutes away! Kimberley
Alpine Resort is about one hour away!

Other Nearby Attractions: Beach, fishing, boating at Lake Windermere,
watersports; hiking, mountain biking, Radium Hot Springs, Fairmont Hot
Springs Resort, and so much more.

Summer Season:
weekly = $1900.00 CAD;
nightly = $285-$360 per night (2 night min)

Fall Season:
weekly = $1300.00 CAD;
nightly = $185-$210 per night (2 night min)

Spring Season:
weekly = $1700.00 CAD
nightly = $235-$260 per night (2 night min) 

2 night minimum except long weekends when it is 3 night minimum.
Cleaning fee of $130 charged for bookings less than one week.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30
days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage
deposit. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you
cancel 30 or more days prior.
