"Best of Both Worlds" because it is a peaceful place to get-away from
it all and have all the amenities the city of Gainesville has to offer
right nearby. This smoke-free home is located on Lake Lanier in a
quiet cove on a dead end secluded street surrounded by tall hardwood
trees.
Enjoy the lake views from the upper deck, screened in porch or the
living room. Stroll down to the party dock where you can enjoy
swimming off our dock with our easy access swim ladder for adults and
children. The dock has an upstairs where you can watch the fun below,
or pull up a lounge and work on your tan. There is a paddleboat
provided for your enjoyment. If you bring your boat, the dock can
accommodate a 30-foot boat.
This comfortable, spacious home has a master bedroom with vaulted
ceilings, sitting area and sliding glass doors leading out to an open
air deck overlooking the lake. The dining room and kitchen have
vaulted ceilings providing a spacious area for your group. The dining
room table seats 8 and there is also a breakfast bar with 4 stools.
The living room has wall-to-wall windows overlooking the lake and
dock. Downstairs there is a den with a foosball table, entertainment
unit with cable TV, two bedrooms a full bath and the large screened in
porch.
Make a great vacation happen by picking the perfect location for
boating, swimming, horseback riding, fishing, shopping, or simply
reading a book from the porch as the sunsets over beautiful Lake
