This two bedroom, traditional adobe casa comfortably sleeps six - 
with a king and a queen bedroom, each with an ensuite full bathroom, 
and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Queen bedroom has 
a kiva fireplace. 

The rental villa has a full kitchen with a breakfast nook and all 
amenities.  Off the kitchen is a formal dining room with a carved 
wood Spanish dinette that seats six.  The living room has a kiva 
fireplace and large stuffed leather sofa and chair set that seats 
five.

The short and long-term rental house is appointed with traditional 
Santa Fe architectural details:  kiva fireplaces, viga ceilings, 
bancos, lintels, hand painted tiles inlaid in the walls, original 
brick and wood plank floors, and exterior portals. Furnished in 
Southwest decor with original artwork, it is equipped with everything 
you need for a delightful stay.

Dog Friendly
This is a perfect house for a small dog.  The yard has high walls and 
gates.  The villa is nearby a wonderful trail for walking your dog 
(1/2 block). No scratchers, diggers, or incessant barkers please.
