     A private, comfortable, colonial style hillside home set in more 
than 2 acres of lovingly tended tropical gardens, with a large 
swimming pool and tennis court. With stunning views across the 
Caribbean Sea, magical sunsets, and a fairyland of lights after dark. 
Always for exclusive occupancy, our rental rates are scaled to the 
number of bedrooms required by our guests. We can sleep a maximum of 
9 adults, and small children can share double beds. 

    A country lane leading to the internationally renown Montpelier 
Plantation Inn, and the Botanical Gardens will bring you to the gate 
house and double gates of Hill Rise House.  The exclusive 
neighborhood of private residences on large plots enjoys panoramic 
views of the Caribbean Sea and the dramatic slopes of Nevis Peak.  
Hill Rise has everything you could wish for, for a peaceful and 
relaxing stay.  With traditional Caribbean architecture, pool, tennis 
court and antique furniture dating back to the days of Lord Nelson, 
you will enjoy the tranquillity of bygone days, combined with modern 
comforts. 

     Need the beach?  The golden palm fringed sands of Nevis are only 
a short drive away on this tiny unspoiled island.  At 500 feet, it is 
much cooler up here, and no sand flies.

Deposit on confirmation by personal cheque.
Balance by wire transfer six weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
As we only book one party at a time, in the event of cancellation, we 
can only refund money paid if we can get an exact replacement for 
your booking. We strongly recommend Travel Insurance to cover you 
against unforeseen circumstances.

Overpayments
We only refund overpayments in cash, in local currency and in person 
to the renter upon arrival.
