Villa Theodora was completely renovated and enlarged to every degree
of modern comfort in the year 2000.   An extensive patio and pool were
 added.   There is also a garden with lawn, many established trees,
shrubs and flowers as well as a children's swing and climbing frame. 
The large lounge is used as a small concert hall on the rare occasions
that the weather drives indoors the audience at our annual music week
concerts.   A "classical" two-manual-and-pedal electronic organ is
available for the use of suitably-qualified visitors or may be
demonstrated by our resident organist upon request.   The premises are
totally enclosed and in a quiet location. 

Every room has either air-conditioning or fans.   The kitchen-diner is
equipped with oven, grill, microwave, toaster, refrigerator-freezer,
washing-machine, dining-table and chairs and has seated as many as
twenty on special occasions.    The lounge has satellite T.V., D.V.D.,
record player, table, chairs, wall-seats, sofa and has seated up to
fifty without anyone sitting on the organist's lap!   Downstairs there
is a bathroom with bath, shower, handbasin, toilet; upstairs is a
shower, handbasin, toilet, drying-frame; outdoors by the pool is
another shower.  The patio is equipped with chairs, tables, parasols,
sunbeds and barbecue. 

The villa is situated in a quiet corner of a traditional Greek hilltop
village surrounded by olive and orange groves.  The village square
with a taverna that serves everything from soft drinks to delicious
full meals is only a hundred metres away.  Minimarket, bakery,
pharmacy and other tavernas are within easy walking distance,
supermarkets, tavernas, luxury restaurant slightly further.  
Aqualand, a very large water-park with rides, slides, a variety of
pools is a kilometre from the villa.  Beaches on either side of the
island are five kilometres away and the local golf course, reputed to
be one of the best around the Mediterranean, is at a similar distance.
Corfu Town, with its wide variety of attractions, something for
everyone, as well as the port and airport, is nine kilometres away.

Our bookings are from Monday to Monday.  Rentals in March, April and
May are 950 euros per week; June 1100 euros p.w.; July 1370 euros p.w.;
August 1650 euros p.w.;  September 1100 euros p.w.; October onwards
700 euros p.w.   Thirty per cent is due as a deposit when booking and
the balance at least three weeks before commencement of stay.
