Treasure Island Resort Condominium is one of the newest and most
elegant properties on Panama City Beach. Featuring pristine sugar
white beach touching the emerald green waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. The beautifully furnished unit on the 4th floor will
accomodate 6 - 8. It has 2 bedrooms and a built in bunk great for
the kids or teenagers. It has a very open and spacious floor plan.
The kitchen boasts granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, oven
and plenty of counter space. The master bedroon has an oceanfront
view king size bed, a dual head shower, separate water closet and
huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom has queen size bed and a
private entrance to the second bathroom, as well as ample closet
space. Each bedroom has it own television. The balcony is huge and
has plenty of space for all the guests to enjoy at the same time.

The resort sits right on the beach. It has high speed internet,
state of the art fitness room, kiddie pool, seasonally heated
swimming pool, game room and covered parking on the same side of the
street, If you park on the 4th floor of the parking deck you can
walk right to this unit without using the elevator.

This Thomas Drive location is close to everything. It is close to
St Andrews State Park, Shell Island, Captain Anderson's marina,
Treasure Ship Restuarant, Schooners, Pineapple Willy's and many
other fine and casual dining restuarants. Fishing, Jet ski rentals,
snorkeling, scuba diving, the pirate ship tour, sailing, wind-
surfing, golf, water park and bike rentals are just a few of the
activities within minutes of this unit.

Sept 4th - Oct 27th $185/night $1110/week

A security deposit is due with in 14 days of booking to guarantee
your reservation. This deposit will be refunded to you 7 - 14 days
after your departure, providing there has been no damage to the unit
and or its contents. If you must cancel or shorten your stay,
notice must be given 14 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel
within the 14 days of arrival you will forfeit your full deposit.
Monthly guest must give a 30 day notice. No refunds for early check
out. Cancellations or early depature due to inclement weather does
not warrant a refund of rent or deposit. Hurricane policy: We will
only refund unused days in the event of mandatory evacuation.
Cleaning fees are non refundable. All rental payments are due 14
days prior to arrival. Paypal is our preferred payment option. A
$100 cleaning fee will be charged. All rentals less than six months
are subject to sales tax. There is a $50 charge for lost keys.
There is a 3 night minimum. Check in is at 3:00 p.m. and check out
is 10:00 a.m. No pets allowed. No one under the age of twenty five
with out a parent. THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT.
