Villa Lindos Blue provides luxurious and spacious accommodation for 
6 people over 3 floors.
There is a large open plan living and dining area, fitted kitchen 
with full size dishwasher and washing machine, 3 bedrooms each with 
balcony including a top floor master suite with panoramic roof 
terrace. This brand new high specification villa incorporates 
traditional qualities with contemporary finishes and equipment 
throughout. Set in its own walled garden Villa Lindos Blue is ideal 
for families, friends and couples. Lindos is just a few minutes away 
by car or around 25 minutes on foot. We want everyone renting our 
villa to have the best possible end to end experience. From first 
enquiry, whether over the phone or via email you can rest assured

All rooms have independent wall mounted air conditioning units. A 
travel cot and highchair are provided. Iron & ironing board 
provided. The villa rental cost is fully inclusive of air 
conditioning, water and electricity. A welcome pack containing 
useful essentials awaits guests on arrival. Villa Lindos Blue is 
strictly a no smoking property. A useful guest services manual is 
provided in the villa, it contains handy information along with 
contact phone numbers for our friendly villa management team.

TV with freeview satellite. Feature chess set, choice of popular 
board games. Patio doors to pool terrace. Dining area with table and 
chairs to seat six, sliding doors to sun terrace.

Luxury 400 thread count bed linen provided. Top quality bath, face 
and hand towels provided. Beach towels not provided. Villa cleaned 
weekly. Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Additional cleaning on 
request for a small charge, payable locally.

Villa Lindos Blue is set on a large plot and has dedicated parking 
for several cars. The beautiful walled garden commands great views 
of the sparkling Aegean Sea. It comprises both lawn & gravel areas, 
perfect for a game of garden Jenga or Pétanque (both games 
provided). There's a spacious sun terrace with ample space for sun 
bathing (sun loungers provided). For alfresco dining there's a large 
wooden table, parasol and chairs. The villa also has its own 
traditional masonry BBQ. The swimming pool and surrounding tiled 
patio keep the sun throughout the day. Blue Line Residence as a 
whole is an exclusive, beautifully landscaped retreat set into the 
hillside with spectacular sea views. Villa Lindos Blue is located at 
the far end in a truly peaceful location.

The closest beach is just 10 minutes away on foot with all the 
facilities of the Lindos Memories Hotel to hand. The main beach at 
Lindos offering water sports and boat trips is a few minutes away by 
car or less than half an hour on foot. Pefkos beach, 5 minutes the 
other way has smooth golden sand and crystal clear waters. Tsambika 
Beach is our favourute, it is truly stunning and said by many to be 
one of the best in Greece is a 25 minute drive away.

Rhodes airport and historical Rhodes Town are around 40 mins away by 
car. Lindos, with its magnificent Acropolis, is just 5 mins drive 
away or 25 on foot. Pefkos village, 1.5km south of the villa has a 
beautiful beach along with plenty of shops, tavernas and bars. 5km 
beyond Pefkos is Lardos with its traditional Greek square. 
Prassonissi, the most southerly point on the island, is a half 
hour's drive. This is where the Mediterranean meets the Aegean and 
is a windsurfer's paradise!

First come first served for school half term weeks and Easter!

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking with the remainder 8 weeks 
before departure

Preferred changeover days are Wednesdays or Saturdays. Other days of 
the week possible dependent on time of year

If booking within 8 weeks of travel the full amount is payable

Strictly no smoking inside the villa

Under 25's group bookings not accepted

There is a £150 security bond - this is held by us and returned to 
you immediately after your holiday providing no damage has occurred. 

Bed linen & towels (excl. beach) provided

Arrival time: After 4pm. Villa must be vacated by 11am on day of 
departure

Villa fully cleaned prior to guest arrival. Interim cleaning 
available on request for a small charge, please liaise with local 
villa management team
