Sunrise Point Resort is a family-friendly resort located on Norfork 
Lake near Mountain Home, Arkansas.  We have 12 clean and modern 
cottages ranging in size from 1 bedroom up to 4 bedrooms.  All 
cottages have full kitchens, AC, TV with DVD/VCR, bed linens and 
towels for bathing.  Each cottage has its own picnic table and BBQ 
grill.

We have a new 12-stall boat dock with electricity at each stall, a 
swim platform and a fish cleaning station.  Keep up with you laundry 
at our on-site laundromat.  No need to run to town for ice and 
beverages, you can pick them up at our general store.  Spend time 
with your family playing horse shoes or shuffleboard outside or play 
pool, fooseball, board games, or read a book in our game room.  Cool 
off by taking a dip in our pool.

If you're looking for things to do in the area, we have 2 golf 
courses, mineature golf, go-cart track, batting cages, movie 
theatres, shopping, antique shops all near by.  Fishing is good year 
round on both Norfork Lake and the North Fork and White Rivers.  
Within an hour's drive you can find caverns, scenic drives, national 
forests, biking and hiking trails.  Take a day trip to Branson, 
Missouri or Eureka Springs, Arkansas.

Our rates range from $78 - $187 per night September through May and 
$98 - $244 June through August.  The tax rate is 9%.

A 30% deposit is required to hold your reservation with the balance 
due at check-in.

In the event of cancellation, your depsoit will only be refunded if 
your cabin is re-rented, less 10% administrative fee.  No refunds 
for cancellation less than 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival 
date.  To avoid any misunderstanding, you will be charged for the 
days you reserve.
