the beach across the sand and sea grass covered dunes, from the deck

This beautiful, light and well proportioned Pacific City home is 
only a few minutes' stroll to the beach, about 1 block.
The new furnishings in this 2 bdrm, 2 bath, newly remodeled home are 
both comfortable and informal while still being nice.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a 
queen sized bed. 
There is a large bathroom next to each room, which are separated by 
the great room for privacy.
The cozy great room has a TV with DVD and cable and a CD player.
The deck is large, with a BBQ and hot tub.
This home also has a game room (with ping pong and air hockey) in 
the garage and a washer and dryer.
The rates are based upon an occupancy of 4, but the home sleeps 6 
max.
Children under the age of 5 stay for free.
When you book 7 nights, the 7th night is always FREE!

This home is designed well for vacationing friends and small 
families, with the bedrooms and baths on either side (for some 
privacy) and a great room area - with a spacious and sunny kitchen, 
dining table for six, breakfast bar for three and living room area 
all together and flowing out onto the wooden deck with a hot tub 
(perfect for chilly evenings, watching the stars) and BBQ!
 
     

Pacific City is near Sand Lake, for ATV enthusiasts, as are the 
casinos and shopping outlets of Lincoln City. Stay in this quiet and 
secluded town while enjoying the convenience of being within driving 
distance of plenty of activities!

The Off Season rate is $100 a night - $650 per week - 2 night 
minimum.
The High Season rate is $150 a night - $900 per week - 3 night 
minimum. 
The Peak Season and Holiday rate is $190 a night - $1140 per week - 
3 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for this home is $70. The hot tub fee is $30. Extra 
fees will apply if rules for use of the tub are not followed.
You will be asked to remove your shoes at the door in this home.
