and a double sized carport. The bedrooms are furnished with 2 Queen 
beds and there are ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms 
The home includes Cable/Satellite Flat Panel (Plasma/LCD) TV, Stereo 
System, DVD Player and Computer Hi-Speed Internet Connection.

The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, oven and 
stove top with gas cooking, side by side refrigerator with purified 
water, blender, toaster, double sink that also has purified water. 
Also included is a laundry area with Washer & Dryer and the home is 
handicap accessible. 

Bullhead City is an economic center and retail-shopping center for 
Western Mohave County and Southeastern Clark County, Nevada. More 
than 5 million people travel through Bullhead City yearly. The year 
around sunshine makes it perfect for families, retirees and 
vacationers. Whether looking to escape the winter cold or to enjoy 
the area's vast summer water recreation opportunities makes this a 
great vacation destination. 
Located on the Colorado River near Davis Dam, life here offers the 
full range of water recreation opportunities and the excitement of 
the Laughlin Casinos 24 hours a day. Bullhead City, Arizona and 
Laughlin, Nevada are on opposite banks of the Colorado River and 
operate as one community. Additional activities include Art in the 
park once a month, a multitude of water sports and beaches at the 
nearby Colorado River and The local Harley Davidson Motorcycle Rally
