deck on this Lake Muskoka beauty! A great location just moments to
Bracebridge and not far from Port Carling. Close to some of the best
golfing in the area and many unique shops in Bracebridge. This is a
modern 2 level 4 bedroom cottage...very bright with nice
furnishings. The sand beach with shallow entry is great for kids!
The cottage boasts a south west exposure so a good location for a
sun lover.
The lot is level on lake side with grass for a play area.
Mom...there is pizza delivery at this cottage for that night you
want to just stay and relax on the beach!

Rates
We do weekly rentals in July and August and the rate is
$2800.00/week. Off season weekends from $800.00 ( 2 nights), 3
nights from $1200.00.
We also have off season weekly rentals and monthly rentals...please
call for details.
We do take a $1000.00 refundable security deposit on all rental and
charge $26.50 admin fee on all confirmed bookings.
