Off Peak Rental (October 1 - May 15) $400/week or $50/weeknight or
$75/weekend night
Peak Rental (May 16 - September 30) $550/week or $75/weeknight or
$100/weekend night (2 night minimum)
There is a two-night minimum for all rentals.
Security Deposit $200 (will be returned within 30 days provided
there are no damages and the place is left in the condition in which
it was rented)
